I am having audio troubles when using S1 and someone suggested that I try the ASIO4ALL audio option.
I have it installed, S1 recognizes it but when selected in the Audio I/O options, no sound then comes out of the DAW.
Over on the right, above the Master Fader, the audio option indicates that it's not connected with their being no other choices for enabling the audio.
Any suggestions?

I have ASIO4ALL on v2.6, and v3.x, and it's always been faithful. If you can provide more info, we might be able to help. Is there a red X though it or some indicator for us to go on. That might help.
Check how windows is seeing the device driver for ASIO4ALL as well.
Do you additionally have a audio interface, and is it working properly? So that it's only a asio4all problem?
Getting any sound levels shown with metering, etc. ?
Able to change buffering with ASIO4ALL?
That sort of thing.

What is wrong with the Presonus driver? It is more likely to be better than ASIO4ALL anyway. On the Studio One start page have you selected ASIO4ALL there as well. You need to. Before you even open up a session.
If you have opened up a session then you can also set the interface from the Preferences/Options/ Audio setup. Might be helpful to put your specs in your signature. You have not provided any information about your current setup.

Please add your specs to your SIGNATURE.
Search the STUDIO ONE 4 ONLINE MANUAL. Access your MY.PRESONUS account.
OVERVIEW of how to get your issue fixed or the steps to create a SUPPORT TICKET.

ASIO4ALL is generally a really bad idea and can cause conflicts with other asio drivers. Uninstall reboot and install the latest drivers and firmware for your audio interface.
The only time it may be a good idea is if you are only using an on board soundcard (the clue is in the title).
So what's your audio interface?

Studio One Pro 4, Faderport 1, Atom, Focusrite Saffire Pro 40, Maschine Studio, Octapad SPD-30, Roland A300, Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, also running it on Mac OS Catalina via dual boot (experimental).
Intel i9 9900K, 32GB RAM,
EVGA Geforce 1070 (Nvidia drivers). A bigly amount of other gear.

I got it to work but I cannot use both at the same timed meaning, Asio for S1 and MS Sound driver for another application.
I did have it configure before the format though
